Kevin Goodale, the principal owner of Atlas Appraisals, LLC. Kevin has a unique background that has enhanced his appraisal experience. Affiliated work experience include new home construction and several banking/finance positions including positions as Branch Manager with experience in the REO process. The past 8 years he has been dedicated to the residential appraisal business in Bradenton and Sarasota. Mr. Goodale has been apart of the community for over 15 years having lived and worked both in Bradenton and Sarasota. With an emphasis on customer service, Atlas Appraisals is dedicated to exceed your expectations as an appraisal provider.
